WA Parliament reopening for public tours.
Public tours of the Parliament of Western Australia resume from Monday, 16 November.
The tours were suspended in March as part of the Parliament’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tours will run on Mondays at 10.30 am and Fridays at 2.00 pm.
Participants will view the 116 year old Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly chambers from the public gallery, walk through the original 1904 building and the more modern 1964 extension, view the Aboriginal People’s Gallery and Forrest Foyer and learn about the fascinating story of parliamentary democracy in Western Australia.
Tours are free and no bookings are required.
